Yield 1 Loaf
20 g sugar
60 ml olive oil
120 g whole grain flour
5g baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Cake pan(22cm X 11cm X 5cm)
1 Preheat the oven at 170 degrees. Mash 2 bananas with a fork.
2 Place sugar, oil and egg into the mixer and mix well.
3 Add whole grain flour and baking soda to the mixer and mix well.
4 Add mashed bananas to the mixer and mix well.
5 Pour the mixed ingredients into the pan.
6 Cut a banana in half and decorate on top of the pan. Decorate with vanilla bean paste.
7 Place an aluminum foil over the pan and place the pan into the oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
8 Once 25 minutes passes, open the oven and remove the aluminum foil from the pan.
9 Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then remove the banana bread from the pan and let cool completely.
10 Slice and serve. Enjoy the taste and the aroma of banana bread with your family and friends!
